The Pool

All residences are equipped with spectacular pools, elegantly ornamented with mosaic tiles. All the houses are provided with a heat pump that can effectively heat the pool, throughout the year. The pools are filled with water straight from the sea, so it’s much the same as the salty sea water in the bay.

Water supply

The water provided comes from the central water supply network. The electric boiler system for hot water at the residences within the housing estate has a capacity of 200lt; whereas at the residences outside the housing estate the capacity of the boiler is 500lt. Within the housing estate an electric boiler system for hot water supply are of 200lt. You also have the alternative of using water heaters powered by solar energy. 

Wifi - TV - Satellite

In our venture to guarantee a uniquely luxurious experience for you, we have equipped all houses with Satellite, Internet, and TV. Thus, we are reassuring that entertainment and information we be unfailingly available to you and your family. 

Natural material

With appreciation and admiration for the local architecture and nature, the opulently decorated houses, are built with natural local stone from Elounda, accumulated during the building excavations and handcrafted by local craftsmen. 

Security

Striving to reassure your and your family’s safety, we have hired a security guard who will be patrolling the property 24/7, even when you are absent. We have installed high technology security systems, which include safety doors and surveillance cameras. The surveillance cameras shall be installed upon your request and selection of an ideal surveillance system. 

Heating and Cooling Systems
We are endeavoring to guarantee your comfort and pleasure, therefore our houses are equipped with fan coil units to offer you air conditioning for summer and a heating system for winter. Our aspiration is to ensure that you and your family dwell in a delightful environment, regardless the outside temperature.
